Guariroba Sundried Arara

from $34.00
sold out

Exceptional and unique Arara grown in Brazil. Fazenda Guariroba has developed a bespoke 72h anaerobic fermentation process that incorporates locally gathered microbes, then follows that with an extended sun drying. Combined with the unique growing conditions at this farm, you get a bright and loud coffee with a subtle addictive spiciness. Furthermore, Red Poison’s roasting process is entirely unique, adding even more depth to this already impressive coffee.

Compared to the companion geisha from the same farm and roaster, this coffee is more herbal and tea-like, and exhibits a greater spice level along with that nice citrus. Great cup for a hot summer night.

Roasted by our friends at Red Poison Coffee Roasters in Kanagawa, Japan.
