Kerinci Mountain Fire Roast Sumatra
An open flame roasted Sumatra! The body is super heavy and tastes and smells like the earth, and everything that comes with it; herbs, mosses, and petrichor. The roasting is done over an open flame in a manual drum the old fashioned way, completely by feel. You get a pleasant firewood smokiness with this one, but it’s not overdone. There’s a lovely bittersweet chocolate and orange peel, followed up by a sweet melted butter aftertaste.
Goes great with milk!
