G1 Yirgacheffe Gersay Washed

Invigorating coffee for the morning. This coffee combines the best of a light green tea (such as Ito En Oi Ocha) with the chocolate undertone of coffee. That chocolate flavor can be further described as a high end high cacao content orange chocolate bar. As it cools, this actually turns into a sweeted green tea, such as those from Boss (“Craft Boss” specifically, or Lipton). Very addictive flavor profile.
