El Mango 2024 COE #2 Washed SL28
Josh’s notes:
I used to think that over time I'd be less and less excited over new coffees, especially ones as seemingly simple as this one. Like, what else can we do? How much better can it really get? Thankfully, I was very wrong. This coffee is incredible. From the very first sip, I felt like it was probably the best lemon water I ever had. And I fucking love lemon water. The clarity of flavor is exceptional. It's also ultra clean and crisp, and never ever boring no matter what temperature it's at. The spectrum of flavor is glorious, and always backed up by that lovely sherry aroma. Try it, especially if you're feeling a bit of apathy towards specialty coffee lately. This will bring you back to the fold.
