Apricot Rum Jam 2024 Christmas Special

Woah! New Red Poison! When the post office delivered this box to me, the delivery driver could not help but ask what it was because the smell completely overwhelmed her truck. This special edition of “RUMJAM” was made special for Christmas by Tomomichi-san at Red Poison. It drinks super sweet and juicy, and smells exactly like apricot. There’s a deep rich rum raisin ripeness, and some light muscat tannins and booziness. Incredibly crushable crowd pleaser. Brew some for your family this holiday season, or just treat yourself.
An extremely limited special blend of Ethiopian, Colombian, and rum-infused green by Red Poison! Introduced in 2023, “Rum Jam” has proven incredibly popular these past two years with customers at the shop constantly asking for it. This special Christmas edition of the 2024 Rum Jam is even more special than the “normal” rum-raisin dominated Rum Jam, in that it includes coffees that bring Apricot and Muscat to the table making it even more complex and easy to drink. Super sweet, fruity, and cozy.

A bespoke blend by Red Poison utilizing washed/natural/infused coffees.
Roast:
Roasted medium and spectacularly by our friends at Red Poison in Kanagawa, Japan, rested for 7 days, then vacuum packed and frozen for long term storage.
