Nice strawberry scent on grind. On wet a cooling herbal tea and grapefruit aroma jump out. Very clean texture in the brew especially for a natural. Hints of strawberry linger along with that grapefruit brightness giving a bit more dimension. A lovely daily drinking coffee.

Roasted somewhere between light/medium and spectacularly by our friends at Raw Sugar Roast in Tokyo, Japan, rested for 7 days, then vacuum packed and frozen.
