Silky smooth, a cup of white flowers like gardenia and jasmine! The brew is thick and sweet with a saccharine quality like cane sugar, along with a darker more toasted note of caramel. An interesting varietal to try and roasted with deft hands by Hatou.

Roasted light and spectacularly by our friends at Hatou Coffee and Roasters in Jeju, South Korea, rested for 7 days, then vacuum packed and frozen. I recommend enjoying this coffee right away.
