"RUMJAM" Deep Ripe Blend

Back by popular demand, RUMJAM! This was supposed to be a limited special a few years ago, but lots and lots of people have asked about it, and I honestly don’t blame them! This is a coffee you don’t just forget about.

This custom blend by Tomomichi Morifuji @ Red Poison is so fucking good. The aroma alone will blow you away with it’s deeply ripe apricot and rum raisin notes that continue straight into the brew, which has a strong umami, while being sweet and juicy. Bright bits of muscat grapes shine through adding a beautiful edge to the coffee as well. I highly recommend trying this coffee at least once, especially if you are into boozy liquids.

A special blend with a rich ripe sweetness reminiscent of rum raisins and apricot jams.

The sour bitterness is mild and easy to drink in the middle roast.

There is also a fresh fruit feeling reminiscent of Pione and Muscat, and it has a complicated taste.

The after-sales after-sales process continues for a long time with a long and long lingering, and if you notice it, you will see a cup and a cup again.

As the aging of coffee beans progresses after roasting, a richer sweetness and umami are fostered.

* Many parts of the blended material have switched to New Crops tailored to port. The high freshness of the material itself is good, but it is necessary to have several days of aging until the taste is ready after roasting.

At least more than a week from the date of manufacture. If possible, keep it at room temperature for about two weeks. ( In the case of the flour, about half the time

The umami, sweetness, and good aroma will be different.

Roasted medium and spectacularly by our friends at Red Poison in Kanagawa, Japan, rested for 7 days, then vacuum packed and frozen. I recommend enjoying this coffee right away.
