Smells of thick, dark brown sugar when you open the bag. On wet, the aroma of white wine, prunes, and ocean spray cranprune juice. In the brew, this coffee has a thick, round mouthfeel, and is very sweet. The acidity is nice and tame with the fruited character taking a backseat. This is a fantastic option for those who take their coffee with milk! Would likely make a killer latte…if you can dial it in.
