Josh’s Notes:
Another cool Sudan Rume! On grind, you get a bigggg freshly peeled mandarin note. Through the brew, I taste a sparkling mango lemonade not too far off from a Celsius energy drink. (In a good way. I love Celsius.) This coffee is super bright an resembles my ideal shave ice order. Will probably go quickly.

Raw Sugar Roast’s Notes:
"Sun muscat raisin, Camomile, Yellow peach, Wildberry, Melon.

Los Nogales, with its 80-year history, is a farm run by the Hernandez family for five generations.

In 2005, he won the first-ever COE tournament held in Colombia, making his name known to the world.

Discovered in South Sudan and believed to have roots in Ethiopia, Sudan Rume is a variety that has attracted attention, being used by winners of the World Barista Championship.”

Roasted somewhere between light/medium and spectacularly by our friends at Raw Sugar Roast in Tokyo, Japan, rested for 7 days, then vacuum packed and frozen.
