Wow. Smells like Saigon cinnamon on bag open! Like a sweet spice; similar to Red Hots. There’s some orange peel in there too. When combined, you get the impression of mulled wine. On grind the cinnamon intensity softens and makes room for some orange peel. Smells seriously amazing. On wet, more of the same cinnamon orange effect, except now it’s everywhere in the room. In the brew, it’s more of that same cinnamon and orange, but rounder, softer, and sweeter to drink. An incredibly lovely cup of coffee that everyone should try. Supremely easy to drink.
