Josh’s Notes:
Funky and fresh. Has an interesting and bright fermented tea scent (think lemon/orange kombucha) that’s very appetizing! As it cools, a big lemon note appears, and hibiscus tannins provide interest. One of my favorites this month; this coffee scratches a particular itch for a zesty cup of coffee. Been thinking about it a lot lately.
