Big hit at our last pop-up! Fantastic co-ferment coffee. Smells like a freshly opened bag of trolli apple gummy rings, made slightly more interesting with a bit of spice. As the cup cools, this turns into grapefruit acid/tartness. Incredibly crushable and delicious. This one will go quickly.

Roast:
Roasted light and spectacularly by our friends at Hatou Coffee and Roasters in Jeju, South Korea, rested for 7 days, then vacuum packed and frozen. I recommend enjoying this coffee right away.
