Intensely fruited aroma when first opening the bag. This intensity continues in the grind, with an aroma that really fills the room. On wet, an intense brown sugar note comes through. In the cup, the brew is amazingly silky and juicy in mouthfeel. It’s so pleasurable to drink a coffee with such an amazing texture. The main flavor note I would say is black tea, with a bit of orange expression mixed in. Florals come in heavy in the nose but never overpower the delicacy of the brew. This cup is truly balanced.
Roasted light and spectacularly by our friends at Glitch Coffee and Roasters in Tokyo, Japan, rested for 7 days, then vacuum packed and frozen. I recommend enjoying this coffee right away.
