On bag open, the smell of fruity, pink peppercorns hits the nose. Never smelt a bag of coffee like this before. Wow! Really nice. On grind, that pink peppercorn note comes through along with a bit of peach skin. On wet, a wonderful oolong aroma fills the air, and the smell of peaches intensifies. In the brew, there is amazing clarity. I would consider this coffee an “ultra clean” coffee. Disappears in the blink of an eye, like drinking crisp mountain water. Exemplary Peruvian geisha.
Roasted light and spectacularly by our friends at Glitch Coffee and Roasters in Tokyo, Japan, rested for 7 days, then vacuum packed and frozen. I recommend enjoying this coffee right away.
