Gachika Kiambu Washed SL28, Batian, & Ruiru 11

$18.00

Josh’s Notes:
Bag smells like sun dried tomatoes. Love that. On wet, that tomato fades away and is replaced completely by molasses and black tea. Alternatively the smell of fast food over-sweet tea. In the cup, you’ll find a candied orange! There’s amazing flavor in this coffee. Super clean and drinkable, and an excellent contender for an iced coffee. Highly recommended.

Raw Sugar Roast’s Notes:
“Kiambu and Gatundu, where the Gachika factory is located, is also known as a production area for high-quality black tea.

High-quality coffee is produced by the water flowing through the Thega River and careful purification, and we are actively working on environmental conservation by devising methods for treating wastewater.”

Roasted light-medium and spectacularly by our friends at Raw Sugar Roast in Tokyo, Japan, rested for 7 days, then vacuum packed and frozen.
