El Paraiso Lychee Thermal Shock

$25.00
Only 3 available

Josh’s Notes:

A clear lychee aroma and flavor in the brew, backed up by a strawberry essence sort of like a seltzer. This brew is very light in body like a good tea. Additionally, there's a light peach and plum wine that lingers in the aftertaste. Fun fact, this was actually the first coffee Lucienne ever offered / roasted, but raw sugar has done a much better job with it than we ever could.

Raw Sugar Roast’s Notes:

“As the batch name suggests, it comes in a variety of fruit flavors, including lychee. Gorgeous aromas and wonderful acidity are the result of El Paraiso's world-class production technology. It is one of the most famous farms and has been attracting attention from all over the world.”

Roasted light and spectacularly by our friends at Raw Sugar Roast in Tokyo, Japan, rested for 7 days, then vacuum packed and frozen.
