Right off the bat on the nose, this coffee smells like blueberries! A beautiful loquat / stonefruit sweetness can be found throughout the brew across the temperature range, and a continuing theme of mixed berries and fruity lambic beers. Overall there’s a vibe of natural fruit gummy snacks. Super sweet to drink, this coffee is for those who love a sweet (but not dessert-y) coffee. Nestor Lasso never misses with his processing prowess.
