Oooo! Exotic varietal. Opening this bag was like cracking open a can of Dole pineapple juice! Super bright and zingy. On wet, you get fuzzy pink peaches, and weirdly, grilled pineapple! (This is just my opinion…) In the cup, the pineapple is the main character but is backed up by some bright muscat grapes, along with some orange blossom softness. Most interestingly, the finish has a drinking yogurt tang. Incredible coffee, incredible processing.
