Josh’s notes:
A deep aroma of black currant on bag open, and a hint of cranberry too. Same on ground. On wet, an intense smell of toasted sugar rises up and fills the room. That same sugar note continues through the brew. Really lovely. Actually made me raise an eyebrow. There’s also a nice grapefruit acidity as the brew cools, and a hint of juicy fig! Great Kenya.

Roast:
Roasted light and spectacularly by our friends at Hatou Coffee and Roasters in Jeju, South Korea, rested for 7 days, then vacuum packed and frozen. I recommend enjoying this coffee right away.
