Don Julian Washed Geisha

$79.00

Josh’s Notes:
Bigggggg floral note on this one. Plumeria, gardenia; smells like a flower shop! There’s also a great apple-like malic acid to this that I don’t see in coffee that much. The background is dark like a cassis-based drink like an El Diablo. I think that’s my favorite part of this coffee. This geisha is also very sweet in comparison to any of our other geisha offerings, so if you like geisha but are tired of the same lemon/floral notes you see all the time, definitely give this one a try. It’s definitely geisha, but it’s also definitely special.

Glitch’s Notes:
Hacienda Don Julian is dedicated to preserving nature and growing coffee in harmony with the environment.
This time, we’re serving a naturally processed Geisha with notes of red apple and cassis — sweet, smooth, and with a lingering finish.
Come and enjoy this beautiful coffee from Panama.

Roasted light and spectacularly by our friends at Glitch Coffee and Roasters in Tokyo, Japan, rested for 7 days, then vacuum packed and frozen. I recommend enjoying this coffee right away.
