Josh’s Notes:
Sweet like lemon cake! On ground, an interesting blend of herbs and spices hit the nose. On wet, a big fat syrupy jasmine note. In the brew it’s more of the same; thick cup of white flower tea with a slice of not-too-sweet lemon cake on the side. An easy pick that I know will go quick.

Raw Sugar Roast’s Notes:
“Orange, White grape, Peach, Lemon cake, Syrupy.

Located in the Tarrazu region, a renowned coffee-producing area of Costa Rica, Divino Nino Farm is a rising star that founded the micro-mill Altos del Abejonal in 2009.

Previously, the farm owner, Mauricio, handled all the coffee processing himself, but now his son, Mauricio Jr., has joined him. Their meticulous processing is evident in every aspect of the coffee.”

Roasted somewhere between light/medium and spectacularly by our friends at Raw Sugar Roast in Tokyo, Japan, rested for 7 days, then vacuum packed and frozen.
