A special one I’ve been holding onto for a while! This is an Ethiopian with classically tea-like, lemon-y vibes that you come to expect from this country. Grown at very high altitudes you get these nice little dense beans just packed with nuanced white florals, chamomile, and mouth-watering lemon acidity. Generally you feel like it’s a nice hot black tea with a big squirt of fresh lemon. It also has one of my favorite characteristics of sipping lemon water as it cools. In fact, it might actually be better as it cools, but you can decide yourself :).
