Clean and bright aroma on bag open, with white flowers and green grapes. On grind, that grape intensifies. On wet, both grape and peach come forth in the aroma. It’s very strong and clear, and really fills the room. You can tell just by the scent that this will be an excellent iced coffee. In the cup, the peach takes center stage with the grape adding an interesting edge. Super clean, exemplary washed Ethiopia with interesting flavor notes presented in 4K.
