Crrrrazy raspberry chocolate cake aroma on bag open. On grind, I get berry Cap’n Crunch! Amazing smells continue on wet, with more raspberries and a general medley of berries. In the cup, you get a super interesting and unexpected rosé wine impression, along with passion fruit nectar. Cherry Sweet Tart Rope note is actually uncanny. Spot on.
This is one of the best co-ferments that I’ve had. There’s a depth and complexity I would otherwise never expect. We’ve come a long long way!

Roast:
Roasted light and spectacularly by our friends at Lilo Coffee Roasters in Osaka, Japan, rested for 7 days, then vacuum packed and frozen. I recommend enjoying this coffee right away.
