Another standout from this month’s batch of releases is this GRAPE BOMB of a coffee. Seriously intense grape juice aroma and flavor on grind and wet here, and an amazingly complex flavor that spans the gap between sweet aloe juice and fresh tortilla. The brew is also very clean tasting, with jasmine tea base and a small mint aftertaste that only adds to that effect. Undeniably memorable and absolutely crushable coffee.

Roasted light and spectacularly by our friends at Hatou Coffee and Roasters in Jeju, South Korea, rested for 7 days, then vacuum packed and frozen. I recommend enjoying this coffee right away.
