Holy shit, crazy coffee! First of all a Sudan Rume, and then futzed around with an interesting fermentation to push it that much further. On bag open I was immediately blown away by the smell. Wow! Like a super bright, super crispy IPA. Fresh lemongrass is here too that amps up even more on wet. As the brew cools, this amazing passion fruit acid comes forth to balance out all that tang from the hop, and I even get a little raspberry peach Snapple in there too. Surprisingly complex!
