What a crazy smell on bag open. Like lemongrass, thai basil, grapefruit, and ginger all at once. It smells like a good smoothie shop. No, even better- it smells like a good thai restaurant. On wet, this coffee fills the room aggressively with that scent of ginger and lemongrass. Stunningly appetizing aroma makes your mouth salivate. In the brew, it’s more of the same with all of those flavors tamed into a softer, smoother, more cohesive unit. This is a great coffee for those who enjoy coffees that are ultra bright and have a kick to them. Highly recommended, especially to share with loved ones who like good food.
