Super fun co-ferment handled with the restraint that only Edwin Noreña can deliver. Really does have that acai flavor happening! Very acai bowl coded; especially with all the fun mix-in flavor notes like cranberry and grapes (though I guess those would be odd choices for an acai bowl…). The cup is also candy-like with a fun bubble gum note that just ups the uniqueness of this coffee. Very clean and crushable, and easy to brew well. Highly recommended- another winner from Campo Hermoso.
