Banko Gotiti Anaerobic Natural

$25.00

Josh’s notes:
Incredible dry smell. Definitely an Ethiopia; with intense notes of grape, melon, and rose. When wet, the smell of jasmine flowers fills the air. It’s really elegant in that moment. In the brew, you get a raspberry acid/juiciness as well as a melon/cantaloupe water flavor. An incredibly complex coffee with a great depth of flavor, you could sip on this one all day and probably not get bored of it. Banko Gotiti is a washing station that gets a ton of attention, and this lot is no exception. If you like Ethiopian coffees, especially Yirgacheffe or Gedeos, you’ll absolutely love this one.

Roast:
Roasted light and spectacularly by our friends at Hatou Coffee and Roasters in Jeju, South Korea, rested for 7 days, then vacuum packed and frozen. I recommend enjoying this coffee right away.
