Raisins! The most underrated dried fruit snack. This coffee is bursting with them; specifically the good golden kind in aroma and flavor! As the cup cools, it transitions more to dried dates which are also incredibly underrated. There is also a nice honey-like sweetness and texture to this coffee, along with a subtle lemon note.
We don’t get too many Tanzanias, so if you haven’t tried one I recommend this wholeheartedly!
