Our first ever Yemeni offering. What an amazing coffee this is. Smells like a jar of acacia honey on bag open, as well as fresh mejdool dates. Same on grind; that honey note really sings. On wet, you get a rich milk chocolate backed by dried stone fruits, a bit like chocolate covered fruit I suppose. In the brew, this coffee is so smooth! A milk chocolate texture with hints of fruit in between really gives me sipping chocolate vibes. Highly recommended, especially if you’re into Yemen or just looking for something different.

Roast:
Roasted light and spectacularly by our friends at Hatou Coffee and Roasters in Jeju, South Korea, rested for 7 days, then vacuum packed and frozen. I recommend enjoying this coffee right away.
