Welcome to Lucienne’s first blog post.

This space will serve as a way to structure my thoughts and document progress and ideas, mostly relating to the slow and steady task of de-risking the opening of a brick-and-mortar café in New York City, and building the brand in general. It will also be a platform to show off new coffees, equipment I like, recipes, thoughts on coffee processes, roasting activities, cool books, cafés, future events, and whatever else I think should be immortalized on the internet.
